Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the start of your appointment, you will be charged 30% of the service. If you are late for your appointment it is imperative that you notify your therapist as soon as possible. There is a 15 minute grace period for all appointments, after arrival your service will end at its scheduled time. No call no shows automatically result in appointment cancellation and you will be charged the full amount due. No call No Shows and repeated cancellations are ineligible for rebooking.
